Student Activity Fee

All students in the MPH, MHA, MS, Dr.PH, Exec. MPH, Exec. MHA and Exec. MS programs shall be charged, per term, (Fall, Spring, and first Summer Term) a Student Activity Fee of $100.00.

Non-degree alumni (Billing Code: PHALUM), Non-Degree CSRI (Billing Code: PHCSRI), and Non-Degree traditional students (Billing Code: PHNDG) are exempt from the above-mentioned Student Activity fee.

(If applicable) Document Fee

All students registered in the University shall be charged a one-time $105.00 Document Fee that entitles students to e-transcripts, enrollment and degree certifications, and the mailing of the original diploma.

(If applicable) Program Fee

Students enrolled in the Executive Master of Public Health (Billing Program Code: PMEHPM) and the Executive Master of Healthcare Administration (Billing Program Code: PAEMHA) programs who were admitted starting Fall 2015 shall be charged a program fee of $1,750.

Students enrolled in the Executive Master of Public Health (Billing Program Code: PMEHPM) and the Executive Master of Healthcare Administration (Billing Program Code: PAEMHA) programs who were admitted prior to Fall 2015 shall be charged a program fee of $1,500.

(If applicable) Late Payment Charge

All students shall be subject to a one-time late payment charge of $150.00 if the total amount due for the term is not paid on or before the due date, or if increased charges resulting from subsequent changes to a student’s program are not paid at the time of the change.

In addition, a charge of 1.5 percent per billing cycle will be imposed on any amount past due.

All students holding a non-resident visa will be charged an International Services Charge of $80.00 each term. This fee supports the University’s services to international students.
